Hi, My name is Elissa Ott! My husband Cody and I live in Mabank with our daughter Cheyenne who will be starting KCS this year and is so excited to be apart of the family!
 I have a background in special education ranging from a camp counselor to a special education paraprofessional and have recently been blessed with the opportunity to help create a sensory safe space within our church. I truly value relationships and the idea of whole body teaching. I am so excited to start this journey with you and your families in 6th grade! I look forward to walking along side you as we work to teach your child what it means to love God, love others and love themselves!

2025-2026 Supply List Required General Classroom Supplies: ● (3) reams of 8 1⁄2 x 11” copy paper ● Planner/Calendar to keep track of assignments & due dates ● (20) single subject spiral notebooks ● Ink pens, pencils, highlighters, erasers ● (1) Roll of Paper Towels (Girls) ● (1) Box of Kleenex (Boys) ● (1) Clorox Wipes ● (1) Notebook Paper ● (1) Graph Paper ● (1) Scotch Tape Box Refills ● (1) $10 Gift card to a local place for our Caught with Character Recognition ● (4) Glue Sticks ● 4 Pack Dry Erase Markers ● ESV Bible (not Children’s or Youth) ● Headphones (Any style) ● Wired Headphones to be left at school at all times (This can be a very inexpensive pair. They just need something to use when they forget to charge their headphones or leave them at home.) Suggested Individual Supplies: ● Laptop Mouse ● Ruler, Compass, Protractor as needed ● Correction Tape ● Post It Tabs/Flags ○ Each student may bring a few personal items for decorating their desk ○ Students will be provided a storage cart.

Backpacks and lunch boxes must be generic. They may have designs or be multi-colored, but we ask that they not promote any advertisements of any other school, movie, TV, or cartoon character, business, or organization. The backpack’s brand name, such as Jansport, L.L. Bean, Champion, etc. is acceptable as long as it is not a design.
