My name is Seth Garlitz and I am honored and grateful to have been chosen to lead at KCS in the classroom. I accepted Christ when I was five and remain faithful to Him and His plan. I married my wonderful wife, Mattie, in May 2013 and we were blessed with a baby girl, Ellie, in July of 2014. Ellie attends 3rd grade at KCS. In September 2018, we welcomed a baby boy, Calvin. He is just a wonderful blessing and very protective of his sisters! In August 2020, Lillie Mae graced us with her presence and has been going nonstop ever since. February 2022, our little Landrie was born…she has the “Gerber baby” smile and is starting to get a little personality! I graduated with a degree in Communications from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2014. I started my career in education with a job as an Academic Advisor at NWOSU for incoming freshmen. Mattie and I moved to Kaufman where I transitioned into education at the high school level. I taught in public school for two years, but God was calling me to change my career path. Little did I know God was going to place this opportunity in front of me to be an educator at KCS. I am a deacon at Country Bible Church and I am involved with the youth group at CBC as well. My Bible verse for the year is Isaiah 26:3-4. I have overcome many obstacles in my life, but God continues to bless me through it all and I am so thankful for the chance to be a part of this ministry at KCS.
