My name is Seth Garlitz and I am honored and grateful to have been chosen to lead at KCS in the classroom. I accepted Christ when I was five and remain faithful to Him and His plan. I married my wonderful wife, Mattie, in May 2013 and we were blessed with a baby girl, Ellie, in July of 2014. Ellie attends 2nd grade at KCS. In September 2018, we welcomed a baby boy, Calvin. He is just a wonderful blessing and just starting to laugh and grab his toes. I graduated with a degree in Communications from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2014. I started my career in education with a job as an Academic Advisor at NWOSU for incoming freshmen. Mattie and I moved to Kaufman where I transitioned into education at the high school level. I taught in public school for two years, but God was calling me to change my career path. Little did I know God was going to place this opportunity in front of me to be an educator at KCS. I am a deacon at Country Bible Church and I am involved with the youth group at CBC as well. My favorite Bible verse is John 16:33. I have overcome many obstacles in my life, but God continues to bless me through it all and I am so thankful for this chance to be a part of this ministry at KCS.

Backpacks and lunch boxes must be generic. They may have designs or be multi-colored, but we ask that they not promote any advertisements of any other school, movie, TV, or cartoon character, business, or organization. The backpack’s brand name, such as Jansport, L.L. Bean, Champion, etc. is acceptable as long as it is not a design.
