My name is Shannon Poe, and I have proudly been a member of Kaufman Christian School (KCS) and Country Bible Church since 2018. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Technology from Texas A&M Commerce. My husband, John Poe, and I have been married since 2007, and our connection to KCS spans over 25 years with various family members serving and attending the school. KCS is truly a special part of our family’s life.

Residing in Kaufman, John and I have two wonderful children, Presley and Brady, who have both attended KCS since they began their educational years.

Over the years, I have been privileged to serve in many capacities at KCS, including roles as a Hot Lunch Mom, lead parent for my children’s classes, and organizer of numerous parties, raffles, and auctions. I have also actively participated in PTF. After working in the insurance industry for 15 years, I am now doing what I love by assisting Mrs. Regina with the kindergarten class every Wednesday and sharing the word of God and teaching children. My passion for serving others and supporting my family finds a perfect home at KCS, allowing me to contribute in meaningful and diverse ways.
