My name is Shannon Poe, and I have been a member of Kaufman Christian School and Country Bible Church since 2018. My husband of 16 years, John Poe, has had many siblings and family who have served, some even attended, Kaufman Christian School on and off over the past 25 years. I guess you could say that KCS has and is a big, special, part of my family and life.

My family and I live here in Kaufman. John and I have 2 kids, Presley and Brady. Presley is a 5th grader here at KCS, and Brady is in the 3rd grade.

I have served in many capacities here at KCS, from Hot Lunch Mom, to lead parent of my kids’ classes, countless parties, raffles, auctions, PTF, and currently assisting Mrs. Regina with the kindergarten class every Wednesday. My passion has always been serving others, and doing as much as I could for my family, so KCS has given me a wonderful opportunity to do both, in many different ways!
